This stuff running onto and down Grand Avenue, to the bay, smells like sewage. It even causes a sore throat if working near the toxic mixture. Is it possible it contains Covid 19? If this gets in the bay, could it sicken or kill birds and marine life? Could it be killing cats on our street? What about the children playing at Lover’s Point? The toxic fluid is between the Pacific Grove library and the bay.
