Need help

Myself and two small chi dogs are stranded with no place to go....I worry for my dogs they are very old and heat is not good. I'm waiting to get first unemployment check make my car legal and leave CA but now broke no tags......any help appreciate really need a tent or place to park off street...can return favor when I'm paid and I just turned 50 if you can help let me know ASAP thanks again
