Spring Poetry Workshop Series by Ms.AyeVee at Fergusons Downtown in Las Vegas, NV Please Join Teaching Artist & Poet, Ms.AyeVee, for a 26-day Poetry Workshop series at Fergusons Downtown. These 3 hr workshops will happen weekly on Thursdays & Fridays from 2:00p-5:00p starting in March and running through the end of May. These workshops will encourage new and seasoned writers, of all ages & skill levels, to expand their work and knowledge of poetry in an engaging environment. The curriculum will vary from week to week as a way to cover a wide array of poets, forms, writing, and performance techniques. The hope is that these workshops will speak to different writers in truly individual ways and give them a sense of connectedness not only to their own writing but to the entire poetry community. Class size is limited to 15 students and registration is required. Cost: $5 registation per class
