HIIT Session in the park by Dare To Move
Join us as we dare to move in our adventure out in the sun for a community focused HIIT session. This session will provide community connection, cardio induced workout, and mobility formation. So get ready for some high intensity in the community. We ask that you come ready to sweat, connect, and have fun while doing it.
Mats and water will be provided upon arrival.
Movement is a way to connect with ourselves, the land we live upon and the community we surround ourselves with. As we embark on the journey to get moving, we want to remind you that movement doesn't require a specific space. Surrounding ourselves with fresh air and green spaces opens ourselves to greater opportunities to move more freely.
MAD PARK is a grassroots organization focused on shifting the generational barriers of health that directly affect marginalized communities; helping to bring fitness, nutrition and wellbeing awareness. Their initiative brings highlights, access, and awareness to local fitness instructors, nutritionists, and those within alternative medicine to the community through wellbeing events, health induced programs, community and social media engagement.
