Saturday at 9AM- “Breathing” Guided Meditation
Sunday at 9AM- “Loving-Kindness” Guided Metta Meditation
All are welcome. These classes are offered free of charge in the essence of Dana (selfless generosity). Those who wish to practice Dana may leave a donation at our center or on our website.
