Join us for Dorothy's Hats and High Tea. Benefitting the Dorothy and Tommy Rice Scholarship Mrs. Dorothy Rice knew the importance of education. As the parents of 11 children, Mrs. Rice and her husband Tommy not only made sure their children graduated from high school, they stressed the importance of Higher Education. In 1993, their 11th child received his college degree, 100% success. As the result of their commitment to their children, they asked that each of their children help one another and others. The Tommy and Dorothy Rice Scholarship was developed. Dorothy had a love for education and hats. Join us in celebrating her memory at the Dorothy's Hats and High Tea. Proceeds from this event will provide financial assistance to college students.
