If you struggle with anxiety, stress or insomnia, this is tailored just for you! Both are stillness-oriented yoga disciplines. Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing practice for the body, and liberation for the subconscious. Laying the entire time, you are comfortably supported and swaddled with blankets to truly embody warmth and security for this still, yet sometimes wild, ride. The gong further assists in clearing our mind and is the perfect punctuation to the evening and begin to your night's rest! Dress comfortably. Bring pillows and blankets to add to the cozy.
