Housekeeping Area Manager Job Summary We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. Must Locations Goleta, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo Housekeeping Area Manager Responsibilities Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies. Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed. Perform site visits with customer when required during the day. Shift 4pm to 1am. Monday to Friday (must be available weekends) Housekeeping Manager Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services Extensive knowledge of environmental services (EVS), including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
