Looking for pet bird

I am looking to adopt a bird for my daughter who is more than slightly obsessed with birds. We have never owned birds, so preferably something a little simpler for someone new to bird ownership. Preferably a cockatiel, but we're open to other breeds as well. Ideally the bird is hand raised and friendly with no major behavioral issues. We are willing to pay a rehoming fee, but nothing ridiculous. Thanks!
