I was the general contractor and owner when I built this 4 bedroom 4000 sq.feet home with the help of honest able sub contractors in 1995. I intend to finish the daylighted basement with an area of 1550 sq.ft. Construct Two Full size Bathrooms.The larger bathroom already has the rough in. Need to construct three bedrooms. Have three regular size sliding patio doors as egress for three bedrooms. Rough farming about 290 linear feet. NINE FOOT CEILINGS !! Need All Drywall for walls and ceilings about 90 sheetrock/greenboard/firewall board of 4 x 12 ft.
