Have an interest in realty but not a licensed agent yet? Have experience in sales? I need your help renting our apartment. After a knee replacement it is not possible to get up and down the stairs to meet prospective tenants. With virtual tours and phone calls we make progress, but not in person. Looking for a super friendly outgoing and attractive person nicely dressed in business casual, appearing old enough that college graduation is a few years behind you yet a youthful and buoyant presentation. We've got great info and pictures but may need help putting the posting on free sites like this one. The rental is located on Capitol Hill. It's a gorgeous and amazing property, fairly priced, and we will provide all the info you need on history, features and our background successfully renting for almost ten years. The property is fully inspected, licensed, safe and legal in every way. Please come help us! If a lease is signed for one year or more with someone who can pass income verification and a credit and criminal background check by July 1st we will pay you $500, cash or CashApp. If you can get it done by June 1st we will pay $750.
