Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta: The Atlanta Police Department is searching for a shooter after finding a dead man outside of a nightclub on Saturday morning. The incident occurred on Oliver Street near the Marquette Lounge. Department investigators are working to learn the circumstances that led to the man's death. (WSB Atlanta) The Atlanta Community Food Bank will receive $29 million from the state's American Rescue Plan Act funds. The organization reports that it will be using the funding to purchase essential grocery items for families facing food insecurity through 2024. The food bank reportedly provides roughly 8 million pounds of food each month for residents across the state. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)Atlanta residents will now be able to test illegal drugs for fentanyl. The new test strips will be available through the Little Five Points Pharmacy in northeast Atlanta. The test strip is dipped into a drug sample that was mixed with water and takes about 15 minutes for results.
