Vendor coordination & setup for a 6/17 picnic

Hi there! We are having a casual outdoor welcome picnic for our wedding guests on 6/17 in Falmouth. (The wedding is the following day.) We expect fewer than 100 people. We already have our vendors setup for the picnic - a food truck, a tent company, an ice cream truck, etc, getting yard games from the venue - we just want somebody to help us coordinate with the vendors, make sure they all end up where they're supposed to, set up some coolers, break them down etc. We will make a full timeline & call sheet with necessary info. Picnic is 6-8pm so I expect you would need to be onsite from 430p thru 830ish. If this seems up your alley, please drop us a line and we can discuss!
