This house helper position is perfect for high school or college age applicants that want a flexible summer job. Employer is partially paralyzed, disabled, and wheelchair bound. He needs help to complete various tasks around the house and in his yard. Another perk is that the hours are flexible to accommodate any schedule. These are some, but not all, of the tasks you might need to complete if you are hired: • Clean tile floor and vacuum carpets • Clean windows inside and outside • Power washing house • Wash and clean white gable around the house • Rearrange furniture • Clean bathrooms or kitchen • Clean and organize garage • Clean and organize woodshed • Weeding garden and raking leaves • Minor landscaping and pruning This job requires physical labor and as such the applicant should be capable of the following: • Be able to lift up to 25 pounds • Be comfortable climbing ladders • Be able to operate power washer, leaf blower, and other yard tools • Communicate clearly and respectfully • Complete tasks according to employers’ specification (most important)
