IT'S THE BUSY SEASON AND OUR COMPANY IS BOOKED!! We're looking for HARD WORKING, MOTIVATED and RELIABLE individuals to be part of our Lawn Care/ Snow Removal/ landscaping Crews. Our client base is residential property maintenance, residential, weekly, grass cuts/snow removal and residential landscaping. Our company has a reputation for quality work and is looking for individuals who are self motivated, take pride in doing a quality job and enjoy working outdoors. THIS IS LONG TERM, SEASONAL WORK AND IT'S AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. ABSOLUTELY GREAT WORK FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS, RETIREES, HANDY MEN AND WOMEN. HUSTLERS, THOSE TRYING TO "GET ON THEIR FEET, ETC." RELIABLITY IS A MUST AS EACH PROPERTY HAS A FINISHING DEADLINE DATE. We've been known to reward team members for great work and finishing before the deadline. Raffles, and incentives are also part of what makes us a great team! PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW BEFORE RESPONDING: SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: -Must have reliable transportation to and from the Denver Metro area (there is flexibility in where you can work). Access to trucks that can pick up materials and haul debris will receive the most work -Previous lawn care experience is preferred but not required -Excellent verbal communication skills -Must have a clean-cut, professional image, sense of pride, integrity, self-motivation, attention-to-detail, perseverance and dependability -Must display positive demeanor, professionalism and desire to please potential and existing customers -Must enjoy working with a small crew -Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy -Must be willing to wear non-logo, coordinated attire (t-shrit or service vests) while on sites JOB DUTIES: -Complete lawn care and landscape maintenance (mowing, string trimming, edging, blow off hard surfaces, weeding, pruning, tree trimming/removal, rock and mulch installation, new-build fencing and repair, concrete jobs) Irrigation (De-winterization, blow outs, maintenance, repairs, builds) -Snow removal (shoveling) -AND MUCH MORE!! PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: -Our main teams must be able to work multiple properties per week, Monday thru Friday, to generate results (Saturdays are optional and we do our best not to work on Sundays). If you're looking for part-time work, weekends only - WE HAVE THAT!! -Must possess physical ability and stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions -Requires constant stooping, standing, walking, lifting and carrying heavy objects -Requires mental alertness and situational awareness -Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range WE ARE LOOKING FOR CONTRACTORS ONLY - NO W-2 STATUS EMPLOYMENT IS AVAIABLE. You will be required to complete a W-9 for tax purposes. A Government issued, photo ID with your current address is required. Pay: $30 per hour. We pay through the Zelle system, weekly or a Company check, bi-weekly - no exceptions. If you are a legitimate Landscaping company and/or an LLC holder, pay can be negotiated per property/project for which you will have sole responsibility.
