Looking for a skilled, reliable and hard-working handyman to provide maintenance service for multiple buildings in Vista, Oceanside, San Marcos, Encinitas, Costa Mesa and Lake Elsinore. Costa Mesa and Lake Elsinore is minimal activity and all travel time to these locations is paid. We are looking for someone skilled in the following areas. Plumbing repairs Painting – Sanding, Patching Fascia Board Repair - Sand/scrape/Patch with Bondo Stucco Patch Drywall repairs Hanging Doors Build Gates and Stairs Minor Electrical repairs Tiling Make Screens Roofing (good, but not necessary) Must Haves: * Transportation – Need to building materials, etc. * Basic Tools * Disciplined, punctual and friendly * Clean up after projects $22-25 per hour DOE for Plumbing, etc $20-22 per hour DOE for Painting, stucco, etc Working week days and some weekends if you want to work.
