Description
Final approval ratings are what counts, and they're not issued until AFTER the man (in this case) has completed his term(s). To rate otherwise would be disingenuous, not unlike most of what you espouse.

Richard Nixon... 24 %
Jimmy Carter... 34 %
G W Bush.... 34%
Donald Stump... 34%
Give it a couple more years.
