Looking for individual who can do a little of everything when it comes to construction, I own several rental units which on occasion need remodeling, such as: interior demo, building walls, adding electrical and plumbing, drywalling, installing trim, cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring, and minor roof repairs. Must have own tools and transportation to job. Determine your own hrs, most projects are completion sensitive, to meet new tenant move-in dates.
