Hello, I just moved here to Medford with hopes and dreams because I got a few job offers out here for caregiving. Well as soon as I arrived here in Medford right down town 9th street my truck died. I'VE done everything I can think of. I walked around for hours looking for someone to jump my car. I'm stuck in the mud and all out of cash in need of a miracle.
