ISO drummer for punk-leaning band

Hi! Please reach out if you’re interested in drumming for a punk band. We have a drummer but he just started his masters degree and he is not sure he has enough time to commit to the band. We have about a 30-40 minute set of original music plus more backlogged we haven’t put together yet. Ideally, we will practice twice a week every week. On weeks where we have gigs we may just do one practice and the gig, but for a while we would be catching you up. This may be the kind of thing where you cover the shows our current drummer can’t make or perhaps taje over completely, should he decide he does not have time. I want it to be clear that he has first dibs since the rest of us love him and we all work together well. We also have many other side projects that we need a skilled drummer for. We are several LGBTQIA+ with pronouns and all that jazz, so that’s gotta be something you are cool with. Our influences range widely but here are some of our influences: The Microphones, Daniel Johnston, Descendents, AJJ, Jeff Rosenstock, Sonic Youth, The Menzingers, Johannes Brahms, PUP and so many more! We are all vaccinated and cautious with covid. All are welcome to try out so long as you are kind and dedicated. Any race, gender, creed or age.
