I have some older Lennox units that I am looking to get serviced and working better. Cleaning is already done for the year, but I am looking to have some deferred maintenance done. Ideal candidate is someone that has worked on older units before they had all of the advanced circuit boards. My guess is I am looking for someone that is retired and looking for an odd job or two. Potential for follow on odd jobs with HVAC/plumbing as I manage a few properties.
