----Need hard worker, ASAP, to help build large deck and covered porch. ----Potentially several months of work available if you're a good fit for the project. ----Pay is $15/hr to $25/hr, depending on ability, work ethic and commitment. ----First task is to help install the concrete footings/piers, i.e., the foundation of the structure. ----Must be able to work 8 hour days in rain, hot sun, etc., while maintaining swift pace. ----Must show up on time, as scheduled. No calling in sick. ----Expect job to be 40 hrs per week, minimum, with possible additional hours/days required. However, if certain work requires dry weather, we may not work in wet conditions. ----Must be able to lift 80 lb bags of concrete, dig with a shovel, use a hammer and drill and other basic tools. But extensive construction experience is not required, as long as you learn quickly. ----This is a great opportunity to get some real construction experience under your belt, and to add a significant building project to your resume, in order to impress potential clients in the future. ----Must have your own vehicle. ----Having your own tools is NOT required, but if you've got them, you'll use them here.
