Fellow Improvisational Enthusiasts, Do you like Snarky Puppy? Vulfpeck? Wayne Shorter? Clifford Brown? Scary Pockets? Miles? We are a new music collective forming in the South Hills looking for additional folks to play with. We currently have several drummers, bassists, keyboardists, guitarists, and and are looking for YOU! We (30's and 40's) have a studio ready with audio and video capabilities. We play all sorts of improvisational based music. Free Jazz, Modern Jazz, Straight-ahead, Fusion, Funk, R&B, Soul, Neo-Soul, EDM, Acid-Jazz... etc. We also like to discuss improvisation, composition, theory, our individual practices', and ways to enrich the local music scene.
