Daily Pay I'm looking for two more people that will ultimately lead a two man crew, sometimes a three man crew, other times a four man crew. The people I'm looking for should have their own basic hand tools for assembly/disassembly, and their own hand truck. While we have all these, the fact that you have them demonstrates that you know how to use them. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO BE A DRIVER. WE WILL VERIFY. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR. MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXP. DRIVING 26' BOX TRUCK. NO CDL REQUIRED. MUST SUBMIT TO PREEMPLOYMENT MOUTH SWAB DRUG TEST, and agree to RANDOM DRUG TESTING. Marijuana is OKAY, however you must not use while or immediately before working. Medical card or not, no on the job usage period. What we will provide. Steady work. Above average pay Lead Driver/Crew Leader - $20/hr. + 5% of gross billing on the jobs you lead. IE if you work on Monday and have two jobs. The total invoices to the customer is $1100.00 you get your hourly rate Plus 5% of 1100.00 ($55.00) provided there are no customer damage claims. You get an additional 3% bonus on all jobs you lead in the prior 30 calendar days provided you have no absences and damage claims amount to no more than 2% of gross receipts on the jobs you work. Initial pay is going to be $20/hr. and all you have to do is show up on time and demonstrate you actually know what you are doing, take care not to damage customers property. May 24th studio apt, and 3 bedroom May 25th 4 man crew needed for up to 12 hours May 26th 3 jobs scheduled May 27 2 jobs going out of state May 28/29 large office move May 30 4 jobs scheduled May 31 large out of state move. We cannot nurse you. Don't think you're going to learn on the job and fake it until you make it, you won't. You will be spotted in 5 minutes and replaced.
