Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate work crew to ensure well-maintained grounds, proper use of tools, and responsible allocation of resources. Assign tasks, train workers, monitor performance, and provide material and cost estimates. Experience and educational requirements: - High school diploma/GED at minimum - An active driver's license - Experience operating a truck and trailer - Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping - On-the-job training as a landscape crew member - Experience in a leadership role - Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions - Additional certifications an advantage
