small breed puppy to rehome

7 months old, all black. He is very loving and happy. Good with children. Has not been around other animals. If taken out regularly he will not go to the bathroom in the house. Up to date on all vaccinations but not fixed. My family situation is changing and he needs more attention then I'll be able to give. Rehoming fee applies.
