Almost finished with my elderly lady/cousin house to make it livable. (No one will help her) I'm trying... No licenses required 1. Electrical Run a ground wire about 25ft to bedrooms and bathroom all close together. There is a 220 dryer plug in the bathroom and no plugs other than the light switch. The bedrooms are on each side of the bathroom and the bedrooms only have two prong plugs with no ground wires. She has to run a heavy extension cord to the bedrooms for her window units. Need the dryer plug installed on the back porch. A breaker (20) needs replaced and keeps clicking off. 2. Plumbing I had pex installed but they didn't hook up the washing machine that already has all the previous there but just need the pex line ran about 10 more feet to the washer, Have brass parts and pex. Under the house (large crawl space, they had a drainpipe from bathroom tub propped up and its not now. Needs redone. They left a 2ft x 3 ft gap under the tub open where thy cut a hole in the floor and I need help replacing that. Cant hold the tub and replace wood by my self. Tankless hot water heater install for bathroom tub. (Will post picture) New but stored awhile and cant find directions. 3. The ceiling needs braced up and I have all the wood. Just supported in a couple places 4. Paint one little 2ft x 25t spot I couldn't reach above the porch and about 8 ft of trim. Need bids under $800 Cash Just trying to help an elderly family member out. (I have or will get parts -materials) Need yard mowed every three weeks $40 Fairfax OK small front yard. Mechanic 1. Rear end making noise on passenger side and getting it ready to sale. 1993 Chevy 22ft motorhome 454 Fleetwood Flair. I just drove it from AZ and pulled a 2 horse trailer. 2. Need EGR installed on 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 v8 auto 2wd. I have the egr but someone crimped the tubes that go to it and I need to get the engine light off to sell it. 3. 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel is overheating at different times/randomly. Never had one overheat before. Maybe needs a radiator flush and thermostat?
