Hi Us Denver office and studio apartment type’s,land lords of renters. My name is Nick and I am a college Alumni who is interested in a good priced private studio Apt. or acoustical office building space For rent. I’m trying to find a good get away for my self around the Denver area for 3 ish 6 ish months most when I take my trailer van idea off the road to handle all my internet and mailbox business. Overnights are nessessary. Plus I won’t have any dudes over so it won’t be harmed. Just chicks is my type(icsft). I have all my paper work to do this. my idea is to start with a 20k loan for this space that I will be working on next month at the bank. On my own. I have a decent score in credit. As for income after everything I get for auto I have about 500 in a month left to make that payment. Also I’d go to gov. Within that year and ask for a raise. Probably wouldn’t be hard money after I do that since I’m a good patriotic 37 yr old guy like me.
