work on home projects in exchange for room and board

Looking for an energetic contractor or handyman (or woman) with a sense of adventure. I just moved into my new house and I have about 20 projects I am looking to knock out. I figure the best way is to hire someone to move in for a couple of months while I provide room, board, and flights if you don’t live in Austin. You work hard during the week, and the weekends are yours to have fun. Example projects include: Build a deck Fence repair Built-in bookcase construction and installation Lighting installation and electrical work Landscaping and flattening the lawn Extend a concrete patio Painting Kitchen updates Enclose a patio I’m not looking for someone that wants to YouTube educate themselves on how to do everything, but someone that has legit experience in a handful of these areas. Please be comfortable with dogs and gays.
