Looking for the Right Drummer

We are a guitarist/singer and bassist that have been in multiple rock trio projects. Our drummer has amicably decided to go in a different direction, so we are back in the dating game for a new drummer. If you play drums and can sing (lead or backing, that's a plus). Our key influences are Jimi Hendrix, The Temptations, Wilson Picket, The Black Crowes, Lenny Kravitz, The Who, Black Sabbath, Allmans and many more. Anything that has groove and is creative/accessible that can be interpreted into a sound that is unique to us is what we are looking for. Genre and era are not important - good music is good music and we are completely open to new ideas. We play a mix of covers and originals. We put our spin on the arrangements and include jams to keep it fun/loose/new each time. Current setlist is about 40 songs. Open to new songs/ideas but want to establish a set of songs so we can play-out quickly as possible. Age does not matter to us, we want someone that can play and wants to be in the band and contribute to the musical journey. Appropriate gear, reliability and transportation is important. We have day jobs (this is not our primary source of income) and families but love to play music and want to continue playing out as much as possible. We have a large practice space in Del Cerro and we usually jam on the weekends. We do play gigs, open mic, etc. during the week occasionally. We don’t party during practice (lite 420 okay). We have a few gigs coming-up and would like to find the right drummer and bandmate ahead of this.
