IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR:
MAINTENANCE PERSON FOR RENTAL PROPERTY
40+ HOURS A WEEK
PAID CASH EVERY FRIDAY
MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
• Must be familiar with make-ready requirements for rental properties
• HVAC - clean evaporator coils and condensing units, add freon, change contactor; capacitor and thermostat, etc
• Electrical – must be able to use a multimeter, chase down a broken wire on a circuit, change a breaker, change an outlet, change a heater fan, hang a ceiling fan, install a hood vent
• Plumbing – must be able to locate water leaks, install a toilet, change wax ring, change strainer basket, P-trap, change a sink, change a faucet, etc.
• Sewer treatment maintenance – clean and maintain sewer treatment plant, keep all tail lines to properties open, run sewer machine, etc.
• Be able to: Change windows, hang a door, install a doorknob, pull 16ft trailer, etc.
• Pay depends on your skills and dependability
• DO NOT waste both of our time if you are not qualified and ready to do the job
• Must have dependable transportation at all times
• Must have tools of the trade – some 18-volt tools, multimeter, hand tools, etc.
