RW Housing LLC is currently looking for a full time house keeper. Our company manages 5, one bedroom, short term rentals in the Downtown Wilmington area. It is the busy season right now and there is a lot of work to be done. Paid Training is 1 week and then you will clean on your own. Everything is provided, you will just need a smart phone and a clean car. You will also be responsible for doing the laundry at the laundromat. Your responsibilities will include: - Making Beds - Cleaning all area of the house including Bathroom, Kitchen, living room, floor area and outdoor area, and more - Showing up to work on time and letting me know once the apartments are cleaned so I can let the guests know - taking laundry to the laundromat and running it using the company card - dropping off the clean linens and towels at the storage closet Expectations: - must be able to lift 40/50 lbs - must be in good physical shape and be able to handle cleaning 5 apartments sometimes in a day and do all of the laundry for those apartments - must live in or nearby the Downtown Wilmington area - work up to 7 hours per day depending on how many guests are checking out/ checking in If interested, please contact Ryan at 732-742-3315
