CONTRACT CLEANER/HOUSEKEEPER WANTED Company Summary: Destination Management is a boutique vacation rental management company delivering unforgettable vacation experiences to guests staying at our oceanfront homes in Newport and Waldport. Seeking talented and reliable contract cleaners to service vacation homes. Clean multiple homes or just one, depending on your capacity and the size of your crew. Position Title: Contract Cleaner/Housekeeper Position Summary: We are seeking skilled and reliable Housekeepers on a contract basis to maintain a clean and welcoming first impression for our guests. At Destination Management, we treat our guests like family, preparing our homes for each stay with enthusiasm and care. Join our team as a contract cleaner and contribute to making vacation dreams a reality. The housekeeper role is invaluable in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Ideal candidates are hard-working, detail-oriented, consistent, team players who take pride in their contributions and excel in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, flexible availability (including weekends), attention-to-detail, and strong work ethic a must. Job duties consist of cleaning homes per our “Always Guest Ready” cleaning checklist. Occasional interactions with rental guests require a friendly demeanor. Additional Details: • Hours determined by bookings. We manage 18 homes and cottages so we have plenty of available shifts. • Independent Contractor Status Responsibilities: • Preparing our beautiful homes for guest stays • Restock guest supplies • General cleaning of house • Make beds. Change out linens/towels. Do laundry. • Interacts / Communicates with Guests as needed (not very often) • Take photos of property damage and maintenance items and email to property manager • Additional deep cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications: • Vacation home cleaning experience • Attention to Detail • Well organized and task oriented • Works as independent contractor and staffs adequate crew in accordance with work load • Punctual and shows up for scheduled shifts • Personable. Professional. Able to interact with Guests as needed. Requirements: • Pass background check and drug screening • Reliable transportation is Critical • Strong work ethic and ethical standards • Perform physical labor ongoing basis. Navigate stairs/step ladder. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds • Highly dependable • Insured/bonded business with worker's comp for employees Work Environment: • Primary work location is in the Waldport / Newport, Oregon area. Employee should be located in Lincoln County, Oregon. • Larger luxury homes will need team of cleaners while smaller cottages will require 1 or 2 cleaners. Compensation: • Top Pay for Industry: Flat Fee per clean (Varies with size of property). Plus Tips! • Hourly pay for additional cleaning services and deep cleans.
