Ollie is looking for his forever home! About Ollie: - 1 year old - Friendly with people - May be "too much" for small kids - Friendly with other dogs - Gets very excited and jumps around/barks on leash when he sees dogs, but is doing great learning to be calmer - Needs some help at first being calm and polite, but then does great! - Very smart! He is motivated by foods and toys, so he's pretty easy to teach! - Very energetic! He likes to play ball, go for walks, and play with you! - He is a puppy and we believe he was housed outdoors or just crated a lot, so he needs someone gentle and patient to help him get better about "personal space". When you are stern or punitive he gets scared. - Incredibly sweet hearted! He loves being with his people. - Mostly potty trained, but still working on it! Good in the house when with you, but apart from you if he gets anxious he may chew up items/furniture. - He is working with a trainer (welfare-driven, force and fear free methods) and his adopters will have two free lessons to make sure he is set up for success!
