Looking for someone to collaborate on a music studio

I have a bunch of gear and am hoping to find a space to set it up. I'm not in the city often but I still have music projects there that I need to do sometimes. I'm looking for someone who has the space, or an extra room, or basement, where I can set up the studio, and use it occasionally. Then you would have a sweet studio in your house year round that you can use. This is obviously a relationship based on trust so let's chat on the phone. I'm a professional full-time producer so I can also give you production help or knowledge to sweeten the deal.
