Looking for small dog

I am in need of a small companion(15lbs or by less) dog. Frenchie, pomeranian, yorkie, papillon, chihuahua, pug, shihtzu, toy poodle, toy fox terrier or a mix of any of them. Preferably male. I have the means to provide a great home but not a ridiculous rehoming fee. I prefer free of course but am willing to pay a SMALL fee within 20mi of 77035. $200 is NOT a SMALL fee
