Found Cat

Description

This sweet orange and white cat is wandering around East Germantown. I think he’s a stray? But he’s not aggressive or skittish. We feed him when he comes by, but we’re keeping our distance because we want to protect our two cats. I believe he has conjunctivitis and seems to be experiencing discomfort. We want to help him but I just can’t afford the vet bill. I’m hoping he belongs to someone who can give him the help he needs. He’s a regular visitor now:)
