Found: stolen Chevy HHR

A friend of mine went to park his car at Phillip and Norris st last night and found a Chevy HHR blocking his garage. He had informed the police. It had a funeral placard in the window. Sorry for your loss. I hope you get your Chevy back. The cops won’t look for you. I hope you see this. Best of luck.
