Join the IIDA Oregon Chapter at 'Summer Camp' as we celebrate our Chapter's achievements and look forward to an adventurous year ahead on Thursday, July 7th 2022 from 5:00-8:00pm. Let's all go back to 'Summer Camp' for an evening, celebrating the natural beauty of the PNW wilderness with campfires, gourmet s'mores, and field games. Chill out with some campsite cocktails and catch up with your friends and colleagues as you craft the perfect trail mix or capture memories at the photobooth! Get in touch with nature and throw on your glamping gear for a celebratory evening at 'Summer Camp'! We can't wait to see you there! The Annual Celebration serves as our annual meeting to come together and celebrate our Chapter’s recent accomplishments and introduce forthcoming initiatives as well as the incoming board of directors. What is the format of this event? This in-person event is being held at The Loft at 8th Avenue. The Loft features an outdoor patio and large interior space that features a 40 ft retractable window wall that will remain open to the outdoor space. You'll find a selection of camp themed bites and drinks, smores, and plenty of field games to play with colleagues. What safety guidelines are in place for this event? The in-person event will adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines, as defined by the local restrictions and guidelines. Masks are optional when attending this event, however we ask you please respect the space of others (mask wearing or not) during the event. What should I wear?
