Join us for professional development, networking, lunch, and Topgolf! The Oklahoma Association of Colleges and Employers would like to invite you to the 2022 OkACE Conference! This year, our annual conference will be held at Topgolf in Oklahoma City. We will hear from two keynote speakers, engage in issue specific roundtable discussions, conduct our annual business meeting, and play Topgolf! We look forward to seeing you all at the conference this year! SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY 8:30am- Breakfast and Registration  9:00am- Welcome from the President 9:10am- KEYNOTE:  Cara Greenhaw, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Heartland Payments 10:00am- KEYNOTE: John Mark Day, OSU Director of Campus Life & former Interim Career Services Director 10:50am- Break 11:00am- Networking Roundtables (Topics TBD) 12:00pm- Lunch 12:15pm- Business Meeting 1:00pm- Topgolf 3:00pm- Event ends NOMINATIONS This year we are accepting nominations for executive and committee positions in advance of the conference. We hope that the advance lead time will allow for discussion and consideration on the part of nominees and those making nominations. A nomination form will be sent out soon via email. Please just contact us with the name change. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted provided that notification is given in writing to the OkACE President. Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines listed below. OkACE reserves the right to charge any costs incurred prior to cancellation and the following registration fees: Cancellations received at least 30 days before the scheduled fair will receive a 100% refund.Cancellations received at least 10 days before the scheduled fair will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations received less than 10 days before the event will be charged the full registration fee.No-show, no cancellation will incur a 100% registration fee charge, as well as any other applicable charges based on the original registration requestShould something prevent the OkACE Conference from occurring on the scheduled date (inclement weather, etc), the conference will be rescheduled to a later date and all fees as well as cancellation policies will apply.  If OkACE cannot be rescheduled, registrants will receive a full refund. OkACE reserves the right to change or modify these policies as it deems necessary without notice to any other party, which such changes shall be binding upon the registered participant.
