Seeking fellow river swimmers. Do you have a favorite swimming location along the Mill River? I grew up in the area, frequenting the swimming holes of Leeds, Williamsburg, and beyond. This summer I am beginning a photography project on the Mill River, its place in the community, with interest in documenting swimmers and swimming, all along the river's path. Figured I would make a post here and see what stones I may turn over. I'll be in town periodically throughout the summer, if you'd like to set up a time to visit a swimming hole, or would be interested in learning more about the project before hand, don't hesitate to send me an email. I work with a 4x5 view camera and will ensure all images made are shared with anyone who participates in the project.
