CUSTOMERS AND COMPANY AGREE: When customer enters the property operated by Todds Fork Adventures, LLC, you agree as the holder of this ticket that YOU ASSUME ALL RISK and danger incidental to the concert and camping on the property including specifically (but not exclusively) any personal injury, the danger of being injured by swimming on any part of the property, ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOMER, NEGLIGENCE OF TODDS FORK ADVENTURES, LLC, OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OTHER PATRON. The company is not responsible for your car or its contents. The Company is not responsible for any personal injury or loss caused due to the influence of alcohol, other mind-altering substances, or food consumed on the property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE PERMITTED on the PROPERTY. By accepting this ticket as entry to Todds Fork Revival, I acknowledge that I have read and agree with this disclaimer and hereby release Todds Fork Adventures, LLC from any liability, including negligence, whatsoever arising from the use of the PROPERTY. Attention: This is a rain or shine event. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. This includes the unlikely chance of cancellation due to forces beyond our control. Covid-19 policy, line-up, schedule, and parking, and camping areas are all subject to change. In the event of extreme wet conditions, Todds Fork Adventures, LLC reserves the right to limit on-site parking, modify the event schedule, change the location of the event, or do anything else we can to allow the show to go on. COVID-19 Policies Todd's Fork Revival Festival 2022 will be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event, which may change at any time as determined by federal, state, or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or a negative test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Todds Fork Revival is held rain or shine, however in some isolated instances evacuation to seek shelter may be necessary. In the event of a weather-related emergency, programming will be interrupted and announcements will be made from the active stage regarding safety procedures. In the event of lightning or severe weather attendees will be directed to seek shelter vehicles.
