HI FI Flight School 1.0 is designed to help new or seasoned yogis invite more play into their practice.
If you've experienced yoga at HI FI, you've noticed students doing some interesting arm balances and inversions. You're wondering how did they learn these poses? You guessed it, right here.
This is an introductory 6 part series of arm balance and inversion. You are not required to join all 6 workshops, but encouraged. Check the schedule below to find an arm balance/inversion to continue your education and improve your play.
What to expect:
15 minute vinyasa warm-up
Learn how to build strength in these poses
Learn how to practice the poses safely
Fully understand how to activate the body to optimize the pose or poses.

March 7th - "Bakasana" Crow & "Parsva Bakasana" Side Crow
Session 2
April 4th - "Shirshasana" Supported Headstand & "Sirsasana 2" Tri-pod Headstand
Session 3
May 9th - "Eka Pada Koudinyasana 1 & 2" aka FLY
Session 4
June 6th - "Pincha Mayurasana" Forearm Stand & "Ganda Bherundasana" Chin Stand
Session 5
August 8th - "Tittibhasana" Firefly & "Mayurasana" Peacock
Session 6
Sept 12th - "Astavakrasana" Eight-Angle & "Eka Pada Galavasana" Flying Pigeon
Schedule will repeat itself beginning October 10th - Session 1 and so forth.
