Kent State University Biology Graduate Student Council and Brain Health Research Institute present our 2nd annual Kent Brain Day 5K! In celebration of World Brain Day 2022 on July 22nd, we are hosting our 2nd annual Brain Day 5K on Saturday July 23rd in Kent, OH. Participants may choose to join us for an informal run/walk or use any 5K route anywhere they wish! If attending in person we will begin at 10 am on Kent State University’s campus in front of Cunningham Hall on the Esplanade, ending in the same location. This year's theme is "Brain Health for All"! Proceeds benefit KSU Biology Graduate Student Council's Award Fund and Same You. Same You (https://www.sameyou.org/) supports research and development of recovery treatments for survivors of brain injury. Local t-shirt pick will take place in front of Cunningham Hall on Kent State's campus on Monday July 18th from 4 - 5 pm and Saturday July 23rd before the event (9 – 10 am). T-shirts shipped should arrive to the address you listed during sign up the week of the event.
