Community Over Everything is a performative and celebratory experience that creates conversations around the aspects of mental health. Each year millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental illness. During the month of May, The Scatter Joy Project joins the national movement, joins the national movement, raising awareness and fundraising to make the search for mental health care easier and more affordable for people battling mental health issues. This event is a celebration and continuation of Mental Health Awareness Month with live music, spoken word poetry, and live podcast conversations focused on the value of community and the importance it has within hope and healing. During the event we will also be hosting a raffle and have Scatter Joy apparel available for purchase.
