Maya has been out for one whole week now 🥺 the last time she was seen was Thursday May 19th around 9:30am. A squirrel spooked her from the tree she was in on the property of Ed Brown State Farm off of H E Thomas Jr Pkwy in Sanford. She flew off towards the Walgreens. Please my blue and gold macaw is severely missed! I have been going around calling for her, and usually she squawks back! Sometimes she sounds like a child yelling or screaming- she is incredibly stressed- has not had food/proper diet in a week. I am praying the storms have given her the water she needs. If you see her please please please contact me asap! I have posted her on other FB pages as well. Please help Maya get home! ** Maya is a rescue and has one eye- she is still a confident bird- please be aware she can/will bite
