Baby Stuff? two year old and up

We are fixing to possibly foster then adopt a two-year-old child. Our grandchild.. We need as much help as we can get as far as stuff to have her set up toys potty chair dinner table chair books movies etc. We have a bad I think that would be big enough for her and some clothes but neither of them are more.
