Spark incorporates design thinking, emotional intelligence, and Gestalt psychology into a problem-solving framework that helps teams work. This one-day training is a foundational introduction to the tenets of the Spark Framework -- a way for humans to come together in teams and get things done. If solving problems were about managing and completing tasks, war and famine would be relics of the past. Humans are complicated and challenging creatures with exponential potential to solve problems when they're properly aligned, or create problems when there's conflict.
