VBC was created in San Diego CA when 3 Marine Vets kept discussing a platform that would bridge the gap between fellow veterans and veteran-friendly civilian workforce members. Their idea spawned a national organization that helps veterans connect with veteran friendly employers to grow their network and find meaningful employment.
