Poudre Landmarks Foundation is pleased to announce the inaugural concert in our Music at The 1883 Water Works series, featuring Wendy Woo Poudre Landmarks Foundation proudly continues our Water Works music series with The Wendy Woo Band! Fundraiser for Poudre Landmarks Foundation. As Colorado’s music scene has exploded over the past few years, one of its mainstays has been Wendy Woo. Her energetic personality, musical skills, and spirited songwriting have made her a media and fan favorite. The Wendy Woo Band is a Colorado favorite. WWB is a poly-ethnic, power pop, song-rock, 6 piece band with sweet vocal harmonies and shuddering grooves.  Wendy has performed at top venues across the country including the Fox Theater and Red Rocks in Colorado, the Bitter End and the Living Room in New York, the Hotel Cafe in Los Angles, the Bluebird Café in Nashville, Sweetwater in Mill Valley, and Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, Georgia. Anticipating the rise of the independent artist, Woo formed her own corporation, Woo Music. Through that she runs her own record label (13 projects to date), publishing company, booking agency, and management company. EVENT DETAILS: This is an outdoor show. Please bring your own chairs! Tours of the Historic 1883 Water Works are available from 1pm - 3pm for ticket holders. The Boy Scouts will be grilling hot dogs which will be available for purchase alongside chips and drinks. Tickets may not be purchased on site. Tickets may only be purchased through eventbrite. This unique opportunity is limited to 250 ticket holders. 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. Wendy Woo performing - Bring your chair, get comfortable on the grass near the apple orchard, and enjoy this intimate gathering.
